Job Description

Purely Automotive Recruitment offers a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Consultant to join the busy team at our  client based in Bolton Our client is a highly successful privatelyowned dealer group operating a number of premium automotive brands across Greater Manchester Lancashire & Lincolnshire

 

The role is particularly suited to someone looking for extra responsibility within a driven and successful dealership environment to work alongside and in the absence of the Sales Manager and who ultimately has the ambition for career progression into a management role



Requirements

As a senior member of the Sales Team you will take on responsibility for overseeing the organisation of the team This will include mentoring and supporting the Team with the biggest impact coming from leading by example


As you would expect with a role such as this we are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for selling with the commitment and drive to take the business forward


The successful Candidate Should Possess the Following       

Minimum of years previous experience

Drive and determination to achieve and exceed targets

        Excellent communication skills
       A confident and determined approach
       Resilience with determination and persistence
       A high degree of selfmotivation and drive
       The ability to work independently and as part of a team
       The ability to handle multiple priorities
       The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
       Friendly and enthusiastic disposition


Our comprehensive inhouse and manufacturer training is underpinned by a development framework that fine tunes your existing skills and develops your potential in readiness for the next step up the career ladder You ll learn from handson coaching and an outstanding variety of work picking up business personal and technical skills to prepare you for being a successful manager of the future

The successful candidate will be automatically enrolled in the group s Management Development Programme which is run by an accredited Master Executive Business Coach The programme covers all topics to enable you to develop the skills knowledge and behaviours that will enable you to be an effective and successful manager Some of the focus areas include selfawareness and impact effective management skills emotional intelligence and managing and driving change within the business
