Current opportunity Worklife Team Lead

Location Chesapeake VA

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote hybrid in office days a week

What you will do

The Worklife Team Lead reports to the Director of Service Delivery and works directly with Team Coaches and Consultants They must ensure that services are delivered in an efficient and highquality manner by being responsible for the daytoday production of their respective team

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage team schedules by reviewing assigning and modifying cases/callbacks for the team by prioritizing these appropriately
  • Ensure that team meets daily and monthly production goals

       Monitors staff adherence to internal policies and procedures in their daytoday activities

       Provides accurate and up to date information to staff members as modifications and changes occur

       Addresses violations of internal policies or procedures immediately with staff and higher levels of management when appropriate

  • Run team meetings & schedule inhouse training sessions for the team
  • Conduct interviews and assist with training of all new staff members
  • Lead OneonOne meetings with each team member to discuss performance foster professional development goals and create performance improvement plans when appropriate
  • Conduct monthly quality audits for cases and intakes
  • Responsible for providing recommending promotions compensations and turnover of team members
  • Monitor call volume while answering questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with team members
  • Communicate and collaborate with other members of management effectively to provide and analyze metrics and reports
  • Create a challenging and rewarding work environment using motivational tools recognition rewards and delegation of assignments while maintaining a positive impact on team morale
  • Assesses the strengths and development needs of the team to meet or exceed goals and objectives
  • May be required to participate in additional leadership assignments


Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

To excel in this role you will need the following qualifications and skills

       Proficient in Microsoft Office

       Must possess strong leadership and decisionmaking skills

       Must be detail oriented and manage time efficiently

       Strong multitasking and organizational skills

       Strong communication written oral and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • US Citizenship
  • years Team Lead or management experience in an office setting (Preferred)
  • Customer service experience (Preferred)
