Equinox Consulting Partners LLC is collaborating with the Transportation Operations Center to identify a dedicated and experienced Network Administrator. In this role, you will require a combination of experience, creativity, and the ability to multitask effectively. Your primary mission is to achieve the department s service and support objectives independently and collaboratively. This is a fulltime ON-SITE position located in Fairfax, VA. Only local candidates will be considered.

- Tier 1 Network Support: Respond to Tier 1 network support requests promptly and efficiently.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with teammates and customers of varying levels of technical expertise.
- Network Maintenance: Respond to all break/fix requests associated with network resources and assist with the configuration and deployment of new/replacement network hardware and communications infrastructure.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project and architecture documentation, as well as inventory and maintenance records.
- Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network resources for faults and traffic anomalies. Resolve connection issues between users and resources.
- Change Management: Maintain a detailed change history of network alterations and support ITS Field Maintenance with communications' implementation and troubleshooting.
- Cybersecurity: Support team efforts to enhance cybersecurity controls and defenses, as well as contribute to threat hunting and mitigation.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage time and resource constraints to meet departmental service and support objectives.
