Top/Key Requirementsa) Tech Stack/experience
- experience with ERP Systems Experience means at least years in the field If very fresh from university someone with a specialization or some working experiences (working student intern) would be important Business Informatic studies
- Type of experiences required for the role It is not enough if a candidate was only a user of ERP systems but it needs to be deeper eg as system support or consulting at an ERP manufacturer
- Which ERP are they using Teufel is using an ERP system for ecommerce companies (Mister Spex uses it as well) Microsoft Dynamics If someone has experience with Dynamics or Navision it would be great (other small ERP manufacturers or bigger ones like SAP are fine as well)
- Big picture expertise is important a full comprehension of ERP systems with a wide range of functions (sales logistics finance) is important not just someone who worked with the finance part of an ERP but someone who has the business understanding Understand business processes (have a business mindset) not just an IT person who has nothing to do with the business world
- experience with Databases and SQL

- ecommerce background or other businessoriented companies (classic trade production)

- ERP Support someone who is good with people (open to people & communicates)
- Organized and methodically confident
- Handon (someone who needs detailed instructions)

Position related- Location & Working mode Berlin (HQ) hybrid days office presence & days Home Office You have flexibility here but people should basically want to come to the office The role is not for someone who does not want that
- Language DE level (C) > the candidate should be fluent // EN level (BC) internal team language
- Salary to is the target/range for the salary depending on the experience
