• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Assist in solving business problems by conducting research, conducting interviews, and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of business processes, requirements, and project progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and subject matter experts to ensure project success.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, data analysis tools, and business analysis techniques.
• Qualifications: Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Business, Finance, Economics, or related degree program. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Prior experience in business analysis or data analysis is a plus but not required.
