Job Description

Communicate effectively across all divisions including business technical teams and leaders -
Create robotic process automation solutions for customers by leveraging internal ML tools -
Develop reusable components scripts and framework for efficiency -
Help maintain high standards of availability and quality by participating in an oncall rotation -
Identify and suggest improvements to our processes and tools that will increase developer speed and our systems reliability -
Support us in optimising the customer experience and pursuing successful interactions from onboarding to renewal -
Take technical ownership of tasks and successfully work independently -
Work with client and operations teams to guide configure test and troubleshoot integrations -
Work with other engineers to execute implementation work including requirements analysis configuration testing and deployment activities
