Responsibilities
- Implementing the required actions related to the customers Complains & equipment s field technical Failure/Break down
- Performing the integrated and multiphased installation based on the team leader instructions
- Follow up & assure PPM jobs
- Follow up the factory center response to get any required technical support
- Technical Support to his colleagues
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Up to date technical knowledge
- Factory level training (Company has to schedule the needed training)
- Can respond technically to the field problems
- Capable of providing technical support to the field engineers & technicians
- Capable to provide the daily activities feedback & reports to the team leader
- Work under pressure
- Emergency calls up to customers needs follow up & do maintenance to customer s machines anytime as top priority

Service Engineer Male with the following requirements
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Biomedical engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduated years Experince
- Working knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Excellent in English both speaking and writing are a must
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and owns a car
- Resident of Irbid City
