About the Role
Yusudi is actively assisting one of our clients in recruiting an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in advancing their mission of providing sustainable solutions to the construction and fabrication industry Reporting directly to the CEO the HR Manager will lead a dedicated team in the development and implementation of HR strategies talent management learning and development initiatives organizational development and performance management to ensure that our client remains at the forefront of the industry
Key Responsibilities
 Talent Management and Career Development
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies
- Identify and nurture highpotential employees
- Facilitate career path planning and address skills gaps through targeted training programs
Learning and Development
- Establish a robust learning and development unit
- Design and implement consistent training programs for teams
- Ensure continuous improvement in employee skills and knowledge
Organizational Development
- Develop and implement structures for organizational development
- Ensure optimal workforce placement and alignment with business goals
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the organization
Performance Management
- Streamline and enhance the existing performance management system
- Work closely with department heads to ensure performance metrics align with organizational objectives
- Implement efficient processes for performance reviews and feedback
Compliance and Labour Laws
- Stay updated on labour laws and practices
- Ensure the organizations compliance with legal requirements
- Provide guidance on HR policies and practices to mitigate legal risks

Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Master s degree is a plus
Experience
- Minimum of years of progressive HR experience with at least years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing talent management and organizational development initiatives
- Training and Development
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development
- Performance Management 
- Demonstrated experience in streamlining and optimizing performance management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with department heads to align performance metrics with organizational goals
- Legal Compliance
- Indepth knowledge of labour laws and practices in Kenya
- Experience in developing and enforcing HR policies to ensure legal compliance
