Job Description

Senior Mechanical Designer – Plumbing/HVAC - Design/Build - High Rise Residential/Commercial Projects

Location: Greater Vancouver, BC

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Mechanical Designer to lead high-rise residential and commercial design projects in a design/build setting. As a senior member large team of designers, you will have the opportunity to guide, mentor, and collaborate with team members while delivering MEP designs for large scale projects accross North America.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of design experience (Plumbing and HVAC) with at least 5 years designing building systems for Highrise buildings
  • Expertise in AutoCAD and other design tools.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Project.
  • Proven knowledge of mechanical contracting, plumbing, and/or related engineering components.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
  • Proven verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice to Haves:

  • PEng
  • Proficiency in REVIT/Navisworks.
  • Master's or additional certifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
