You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Sacramento County Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a well-rounded Contract developer to work on several projects. We have enhancement work and new product development scheduled over the next 6-12 months. Assignments will be based on the experience of the selected candidate. Some projects that may be assigned include: Analyze data and create a utility to import that data into an existing system, create a utility to purge records from a document repository, SSRS reports, SSIS packages, Update applications to current .NET version, and update a variety of applications to use SSL.
Required Technical Skills and Experience
* Expert level .NET Framework, VB, C#, Visual Studio
* Experience creating APIs, command line utilities, and user interfaces
* Extensive knowledge of and experience with SQL Server development, including intermediate to advanced skill in Transact SQL, SSRS, and SSIS
* Extensive, recent experience with a distributed source control system, preferably Git * Experience working with modern security authentication managers and protocols such as SAML / OAuth / Certificate Authorization.

* Develops new features in a complex, object oriented, multi-tier or Web applications * Translate business requirements and established architectural patterns into detailed designs. * Develops enhancements and support services on existing code and understands the customer business process to troubleshoot reported problems.
* Performs all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
