Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expanding markets across our Construction and Manufacturing divisions and throughout multiple states. Location: Harleysville, PA area (This role is on site 5 days a week)

Salary: $60,000-68,000 plus monthly commissions

Job Description:

Business Development Manager

  • Work closely and report day-to-day sales activities and strategy to the Operations Manager and CEO
  • Communicate with Recruiters, Operations Manager, and manage logistics, such as daily work orders and placement of workforce on project sites
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, CEO, and other team members to strategize key markets within your territory
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager, CEO, and other team members to strategize sales meetings with key clients
  • Perform cold calling and close monthly agreements based on KPIs
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Walk through agreement options with clients, selling them what works best for their needs
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers to gain valuable insight of client workforce needs
  • Expand and identify work opportunities with inactive existing client base
  • Forecast and track outlook of active projects as a proactive approach for retention and incremental growth opportunities
  • Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures, including but not limited to; marketing and branding guidelines
  • Keep designated responsibility of CRM system up-to-date daily with notes, tasks, and call log information
  • Manage and keep workorders up-to-date
  • Communicate with company's core principles of ethics and standards
  • Manage client's expectations and overall experience
  • Network with the Chamber of Commerce, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) and other industry related networking resources

Requirements:

  • Must have 4 years' experience in Business Development
  • Must have 4 years' experience in Sales
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
  • Strong communication skills and software proficiency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
