Firmware Engineer, Embedded - IoT
- Our company is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge devices that play a crucial role in sending real-time data to the cloud while establishing secure communication channels with a diverse range of users and software platforms. We are currently in search of an lot Firmware Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on enhancing secure communication for edge devices.
- Our mission is twofold: first, to ensure that our devices adhere to federal guidelines for secure systems, with a specific emphasis on edge security and secure communications; and second, to develop and maintain firmware that facilitates these objectives. This challenging and rewarding role primarily involves C and C++ programming, with an emphasis on coding practices and unit testing in C++.
- The firmware we develop operates within the context of a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS), making familiarity with RTOS technology a significant asset. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate expertise in edge device communication, whether it be in a bare-metal environment or under RTOS. Proficiency in C and C++ is a must, as our work involves critical system-level programming.
- Furthermore, a deep understanding of security best practices and cloud connectivity for loT solutions is essential, as these elements are integral to the
- success of our projects. Experience with RTOS and embedded Linux is highly preferred, given the nature of our work.
