Education: completion of an accredited Physical Therapy programLicensure: an active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory Experience: 2 years acute hospital inpatient/outpatient Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p ; floating position to provide assistance at satellite clinic in Sanders, Arizona when needed
Shift: M-F Day shift
