Job Description
ACCESS PT is seeking a temporary FullTime Physical Therapist for months to start immediately in our growing outpatient team with Bon Secours Community Hospital and St Anthony Community Hospital located in Warwick NY
This is primarily outpatientBon Secours Community Hospital Tues/Thurs St Anthony Community Hospital Mon/Wed/Fri we do require crosstraining to inpatient once comfortable in outpatient and to become part of inpatient/acute care weekend rotation at Bon Secours Community Hospital days/month is required
Multidisciplinary team Various specialties to be able to expand intoconcussion management womens healthbreast cancer/pelvic floor along with lymphedema hour evaluations patients every minutes but able to schedule or minute on sessions with more involved patients Experienced clinical staff at both locations Gradual orientation process to onboard/mentor at site then expand into other sitedo not expect split role immediately

Physical Therapist Requirements
- Physical Therapist current or pending license in the State of New York
- Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited physical therapy program
- Excellent communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US will assist with H visa transfer
Since ACCESS PT has partnered with The Bon Secours Charity Health System a member of The Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMC Health) to provide excellent Physical Occupational & Speech Therapy services to their patients This includes the Inpatients & Outpatients at their three hospitals as well as their two Skilled Nursing Facilities
