We are looking for a Data Specialist II to work supporting our client in Washington DC

Duties 

The Data Specialist should be comfortable with making visually appealing and dataaccurate updates to a publicfacing website A quick learner who is willing to learn new data management systems in order to provide highlevel support as well as daytoday management 

 

Typical assignments include the following but not limited to 

Create modify and run daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports 

Provide technical support to new and current users of the IQ system 

Assist in testing IQ functionality following upgrades or fixes 

Make updates to website based on specific data points at regular intervals 

Assist in migrating shared materials to a new PARDON Sharepoint site 

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • At least two years experience performing eDiscovery roles including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP) image and data file conversion data culling using review tools quality assurance database loads and retrieval and data analysis 
  • Requires knowledge of litigation discovery process and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow 
  • Working knowledge of personal computers including Windows document review software and encryption methods 
  • Experience with LAW IPRO Relativity or other document processing platform 
  • Strong skills in commonly used software such as Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel payroll systems financial management systems etc 
  • Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important 
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance 
  • Must be a US Citizen 

 

  • Preferred Qualifications 
    Experience working in a Government and/or Litigation Support environment in conjunction with basic qualifications preferred 
  • Undergraduate degree preferredpreferably in computer science or related field 
  • Knowledge of Government s IT environment including office automation networks PC and server based applications preferred 
  • Familiarity with ICONECT Relativity MS Office Suite and West LiveNote valued 
  • Current or active clearance
