Job Description
a. Perform in-depth analysis of the current Housing Information System (HIMS) and the systems that HIMS integrate with and design the new framework for the new Affordable Housing Information System (AHIS), which is HIMS replacement.
b. Responsible for the application architecture
c. Assess technology platform capabilities, scalability, and resilience
d. Develop and implement web application standards/practices across the organization
e. Responsible for the accessibility standards
f. Create application architecture documentation
g. Design and develop AHIS
h. Programming: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web API, JBuilder, Entity, Angular, Vue.js
i. Data Structure: XML, JSON
j. Development Tools: Visual Studio 2019/2022
k. Database: T-SQL, SQL Server, SSRS
l. Version Control: DevOp m. Task/Incident Tracking: ServiceNow
