Position Summary:
You will provide support to our company cybersecurity awareness and training program efforts, to include planning, developing, and executing year-round cybersecurity awareness content, campaigns, and events, and selecting, reviewing, and executing annual enterprise-wide cybersecurity security awareness training and tracking completions. You will regularly collaborate with stakeholders across ***'s Information Security Office, Learning and Development, HR, Corporate Communications, and Cyber Privacy Legal teams, ***'s cybersecurity training vendor, and other external partners. You will develop and track metrics related to this function and prepare and maintain program-related materials for annual audits. In addition, you will assist in the development of cybersecurity-related communications to internal and external stakeholders and provide support to the phishing resistance program as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an annual enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness plan that includes monthly content and at least two major enterprise-wide events.
Select an appropriate enterprise-wide annual cybersecurity awareness training course, shepherd it through the internal review process, coordinate with the vendor, HR, and the Learning and Development team to deploy it, and track weekly completions.
Develop and execute annual cybersecurity awareness training for Board-level executives.
Write articles and create tip sheets, presentations, and other materials related to cybersecurity awareness topics.
Maintain and update ***'s cybersecurity awareness SharePoint site.
Plan and execute internal cybersecurity awareness events for virtual and in person audiences.
Coordinate with teams across ***'s Information Security Office and keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity news to ensure cybersecurity awareness content is current and relevant to employees.
Coordinate with external partners regarding cybersecurity awareness content and training opportunities for employees.
Develop and track cybersecurity awareness program metrics.
Prepare and maintain materials for annual audit.
Perform other related duties as directed.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant communications and/or training planning experience required.
Excellent written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to produce quality work and maintain attention to detail under short deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance to drive projects to completion, while also working collaboratively with a team to achieve strategic goals.
Experience creating and executing training and/or communications campaigns.
Experience planning and executing events for virtual and in person audiences.
Experience communicating technical information concisely and in an engaging manner.
Experience developing and managing SharePoint sites.
Experience creating and tracking program metrics.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity awareness concepts.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Previous cybersecurity/information security experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or military experience related to communications, training, and/or cybersecurity/information security a plus.
Familiarity with the Unily employee experience platform a plus.
Familiarity with the SANS Security Awareness Maturity Model a plus.
