Job Description - Assembler

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble various products, including blowers, vacuum pumps, compressors, air knives, motors, and systems.
• Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of products.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting on assembled products to identify and resolve any issues.
• Package finished products appropriately for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in assembly or a related field.
• Experience with blowers, vacuum pumps, compressors, or air moving equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
