We are Wavess an AIbased platform that revolutionizes content engagement Started just months ago weve already built a prototype and have garnered the interest of early adopters from SMEs and industry giants like Meta Paypal and Wolt who are excited to pay % ($$/m) of their campaign budgets to use our platform

Currently we are building our MVP and working on pilot projects including one with Wolt

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven CTO to join our team and take a leadership role in driving our technical direction and strategy As a member of the founding team you will have a crucial impact on the companys success and growth

Design and develop the architecture of the platform to ensure it meets the needs of our clients and scales well with our growth

Develop and maintain the data engineering and machine learning pipelines

Lead the development of the full stack from frontend user interfaces to backend APIs and databases

Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to define product roadmap and priorities

Hire and manage a team of engineers as we scale

Stay uptodate with the latest developments in data engineering machine learning and software engineering to ensure we are using the best tools and techniques available

years of experience in software development and architecture with a focus on fullstack development and data engineering

Experience in leading and growing engineering teams in a startup environment

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure microservices and distributed systems

Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to optimize content engagement

Proven ability to deliver highquality products ontime and within budget

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
