Our client, based in Bury are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join their team. Your main duty as a Customer Service Administrator will be to provide efficient administrative and customer service support.
Responsibilities:
General reception duties
Booking in customer visits
Various administrative duties such as typing specifications, letters and dealing with mail, filing and scanning
Referring callers to the relevant person
Scheduling engineer appointments and following through to completion of jobs
Monitoring engineer s activity to ensure job completion
Processing orders
Allocating jobs to engineers
Following up any outstanding enquiries
Undertaking invoicing and credit control functions
The ideal candidate:
At least 3 years experience working within customer service
At least 3 years experience of working with Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferably have GCSE grades 4 or above or equivalent (A-C) in English & Maths.

Strong attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
