Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of highly confidential administrative duties including but not limited to managing and maintaining calendars screening referring and handling internal and external phone and email inquiries proofreading documents prioritizing and distributing confidential and sensitive mail preparing reviewing and editing correspondence preparing expense documents for approval process process authorization forms memos process payroll and schedule time in PeopleSoft and other miscellaneous duties as necessary

Ideal candidates will present the following profile

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines

Demonstrated ability to utilize and prioritize work assignments work independently with minimal supervision and handle various tasks simultaneously in a timely and competent manner

Demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information

Demonstrated knowledge of timekeeping process

Excellent administrative skills (including thorough followup procedures)

Demonstrated ability to write proofread and edit correspondence for executive managements signature

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite PeopleSoft and SAP

Must be able to obtain Airport Clearance



Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or a related field or 3 years equivalent experience. Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment that responded to a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely manner. Experience in PeopleSoft Benefits Administration module. Desired: Ideal candidates will present the following profile: Experience with self-insured and collective bargaining plans with a working knowledge of benefit plans and terminology. Strong analytical, statistical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Well-developed project and process management skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced skills in MS Excel. Ability to communicate effectively and develop positive working relationships with both internal and external partners and customers. Experience using PeopleSoft. Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations. CEBS designation. PHR designation.
