As Talent Acquisition Director you will work remotely to lead hiring and staffing efforts for a sales and marketing organization that has been recognized as a top place to work (phillycom) one of the nations fastest growing companies (Inc ) and an A rating by the Better Business Bureau We are looking for a proven recruiting leader who not only has a strong track record of recruiting success but also broad range of experience capable of leading an established team s execution of existing highvolume sales hiring plans while implementing new and innovative talent solutions to build upon our very talented and highperforming workforce This position reports directly to the head of HR with dottedline supervision and support from the Company President


Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership Manage and lead an established team of recruiting professionals to achieve and exceed highvolume hiring goals of remote call center sales positions per month
  • Talent Acquisition Develop and deliver innovative talent acquisition strategies through targeted initiatives including but not limited to head hunting passive applicant recruitment college partnerships and internship programs to fill staffing needs for all departments and all levels across the organization
  • Sales Expertise Leverage recruiting and sales experience to understand the unique demands of our salesfocused organization Ensure that candidates possess the necessary skills and mindset to excel in a competitive performancefocused workplace culture
  • Goal Achievement Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed hiring goals adapting strategies as needed to fuel our fastpaced growth
  • Process Development Implementation and Improvement Continuously identify business needs and implement refine and optimize the recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • At least years of talent acquisition experience with at least years of experience managing a recruiting team and
  • A passion for sales with experience in competitive and resultsoriented business environments
  • Demonstrated success in headhunting passive applicant recruitment and experience leading internships and developing college partnerships in a virtual setting
  • Strong track record of developing systemic innovative talent acquisition solutions at an organizational level
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fastpaced rapidly growing and entrepreneurial environment

Remote Requirements


  • Permanent residency in one of the following states is required FL GA NC SC NJ PA DE IN MI TN MO MN TX OK CO NM AZ or NV only
  • Internet connectivity with speed of mbps or greater
  • A dedicated workspace free from distraction
