Regenified™ was founded in 2021 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Many great stories have been told including one showcased in the 2020 film Kiss the Ground. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing, while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystem-saving practices as part of their operations. Our mission is to transition the world’s supply chain to regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and cotton.
What You Will Do:
The Director of Quality & Food Safety will be responsible for the development and management of protocols and guidelines to support the processing and manufacturing of regenerative agricultural products including the segregation and handling of products, and food safety manufacturing requirements. You will be responsible for building out guidelines, processes and procedures for food safety, traceability and transparency that align with existing regulations and also support the advancement and development of best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to build out a vigorous standards program for a company founded by the pioneers of Regenerative Agriculture.

Responsibilities:
- Develop protocols, processes and guidelines related to food safety, traceability, storage, segregation and manufacturing of products and processing for brands.
- Maintain protocols and integrity for multiple ingredients and food products.
- Make recommendations for process improvements within existing enterprises.
- Effectively create processes that reflect input from multiple parties to ensure integrity of product that enhances margins and value for producers.
- Work cross-functionally with the Regenified™ team to develop standards that improve efforts in business development and supply chain activities.
- Oversee Quality Assurance for Regenified™ verification and inspection of non-farm facilities, including mills, manufacturing plants and storage facilities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, process and standards development for food safety certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Sustainability, Ag Business, Quality Assurance, or Food Safety.
- Working knowledge of agriculture and food industry certifications including SQF and HAACP.
- Excellent technical writing experience.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Able to effectively engage with team members in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
- An interest in and passion for sustainability and regenerative agricultural practices highly desirable.
- Must be forward-thinking and proactive and enthusiastic about the possibilities of this area.
- Proficient with Microsoft, Google, and database management tools.
