pstrongThis position is full time and is considered virtual The office will be open days a week however you will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business strongstrongneedsstrongp pstrongOverviewstrongp ul liDo you enjoy facilitating learning for sales teams and seek a new opportunity with an industry leader Client seeks an Associate Level Field Instructor based in our regional office located in Itasca ILli liBring your experience to Canon where you can train other professionals to capitalize on Canons wide range of imaging solutions! li listrongThe base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors*strongli ul pstrongResponsibilitiesstrongp ul liSupport the sales team by providing Virtual and Instructor Led training to selling organizations (Client Dealers and subsidiary sales forces) and increase sales of Client solutions in the marketplaceli liConduct training on sales skills products and technology programsli liObserve and collaborate with other instructors and provide support as neededli liSubject matter expert on supported programs and execute first delivery for development and model for other instructorsli liLiaise with dealer management to ensure appropriate programs are delivered at the highest quality and aligned with performance goalsli liCommunicate changes and updates to supported programs and identify changes that affect course contentli liWork with sales professionals at their location or at a Client Sales Training location nationwide to position products in the market and increase prospectsli liUtilize a variety of facilitation and instructional strategies to lead discussions and handson student activitiesli liSuccessfully pass Qualification processes required to teach each courseli liAssist in curriculum review on supported programsli liTravel is required for Instructor Led facilitation of classes and to coach sales representatives in the field as assigned by management Virtual Training is performed via Hands on Labs in Client Training locationsli ul pstrongQualificationsstrongp ul liBachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required plus years of related experience Bachelor degree is highly preferredli liRelated experience delivering skills and product training to sales professionals is preferredli liThis position requires successful sales skills knowledge and experience Virtual Training experience is a plusli liExperience with measurable resultsoriented objectives is a plus (ie sales role with commissionbonus structure)li listrongRequires up to % coast to coastovernight travelstrongli liKnowledge of digital technology and related software products in the print industry is a plusli liExcellent communication presentation and high level facilitation skillsli liAbility to successfully complete delivery certification process to facilitate a successful courseli liThis position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job and must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policiesli liAbility to work flexible time zonesli ul
