Growth Equity Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Growth Equity Associate to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing evaluating and managing investment opportunities as well as supporting portfolio companies in their growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling valuation analyses and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Market Research: Perform indepth market research to identify trends competitive landscapes and growth potential for target companies.
• Deal Sourcing: Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities through networking industry research and outreach.
• Portfolio Management: Support portfolio companies by analyzing performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with management teams on strategic initiatives.
• Investment Committee Preparation: Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee clearly articulating the investment thesis and potential risks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on various projects providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 24 years of relevant experience in investment banking private equity growth equity or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a detailoriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a passion for the growth equity space.
