Our client is a Industrial manufacturing company with about 50 years of history and a headcount of 150. Position would report to President and oversee a team of 2. This is a fully on site position. Salary range is 95-120K DOE.
Position Summary
- Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
- Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
- Coordinating activities of external auditors
- Cash Management including interaction with Bank
- Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
- Manage the budget process
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
- Developing and monitoring KPI’s
- Provide parent company with all required financial information as requested
Qualifications
- BS degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional accounting experience; minimal of 3 in management
- Experience in a Manufacturing company preferred
- Experience with SAP Business One preferred
- Ability to work in office fulltime
