Grant Services Executive Director

We are seeking an Executive Director to lead the Grant Services team to achieve maximum profitability, growth and account penetration for both new prospects as well as current accounts. The right candidate will contact and secure new business accounts by introducing grant opportunities and comprehensive solutions for clients. This is a fully remote position for an individual authorized to work in the United States with US Residency. Employment Agreements with restrictive covenants required. Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually. Bonus potential.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead strategic partnerships with desired industries for the purpose of creating industry-specific go-to-market strategies and sales pipelines

Lead strategic partnerships with Federal, State, and private funders for the purpose of creating key relationships and secure funding sources

Be able to write, close, and advise on Federal grant applications for program support, categorical, block and general revenue grants to States and municipalities.

Able to produce successful case studies in securing funding for sales and training purposes

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Prospecting skills, negotiation skills, closing skills, self-confidence, deep grants knowledge, presentation skills, motivation to lead. Demonstrable technical writing skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor s degree in a related business field such as business, or finance; or 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated success in obtaining funding for multimillion-dollar opportunities
