The Agency is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to oversee our companys risk management program. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluating the organizations risk exposure and developing risk management strategies.
Identifying potential risks and recommending risk reduction measures.
Collaborating with various departments to implement risk management policies.
Conducting risk assessments and preparing risk reports.
Managing insurance programs and relationships with carriers.
Monitoring compliance with risk management regulations and standards.
Developing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Staying informed about emerging risks and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Business, or related field.
- Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or similar certification preferred.
- Proven experience in risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
