We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join a growing team at our Allstate Insurance Agency Client. This is a customerfacing role that requires strong interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in the growth of this 2nd generation family business.

Salary:
Base of $42000 $48000 per year plus commission
Qualifications:
Possession of a Property & Casualty license is highly preferred; employees should be capable of obtaining the license if not already licensed.
Minimum of 1 year of sales or clientfacing experience is required.
A Life & Health license is a plus and will eventually need to be obtained.
Demonstrated track record of trustworthiness dependability and ethical behavior.
Strong communication skills including written verbal and listening abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Selfmotivated and determined.
Responsibilities:
Achieve new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes make sales presentations and close sales.
View each customer contact as an opportunity for crossselling and upselling including financial products.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers to maintain high client retention and product loyalty.
Increase sales revenue through phone email and potential client lists.
Identify prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals networking marketing coldcalling and lead databases.
Solicit customer referrals and explain our referral program.
