Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:
   
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet clients goals and budgets.
  
• Handle client inquiries and policy-related requests promptly and professionally.
  
2. Sales and Business Development:
   
• Generate new leads and prospects through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  
• Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our insurance products to potential clients.
  
• Close sales, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, and contribute to the growth of the agency.
  
3. Insurance Expertise:
   
• Stay current on industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and coverage options.
  
• Provide clients with accurate information and advice on available policies, including property, casualty, life, health, and other insurance products.
  
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients.
  
4. Administrative Tasks:
   
• Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and follow internal procedures for policy issuance and claims processing.
  
• Collaborate with the agencys administrative and support staff to ensure the smooth processing of policies.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Producer/Insurance Agent or a related role in the insurance industry.
  
• Active insurance producer license in California, or the ability to obtain the necessary license.
  
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Knowledge of insurance products and services.
  
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Proficiency in office software and CRM tools.
  
• Commitment to ethical and professional conduct within the insurance industry.
  
• Portable book of business preferred
