Key Responsibilities:

Understand and promote dealership services and promotions online.

Set appointments to drive traffic into the dealership using digital channels.

Maintain and update customer records accurately.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure optimal online customer experience.

Offer accurate information on our products and services to boost online sales.

Achieve monthly online sales objectives and targets.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints through digital platforms.

Confirm and reschedule appointments as necessary using online tools.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Prior experience in online customer service or sales, preferably in the auto dealership or related industry.

Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.

Strong willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.

Skills:

Exceptional digital communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven online sales and negotiation prowess.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other online tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a digital environment.

Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.

Must possess a valid drivers license.

Working Conditions:

Role may involve occasional standing, bending, lifting

Adherence to safety protocols, including wearing safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes when necessary.

Potential exposure to loud noises, fumes, and chemicals if in the shop setting.

Work schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
