- Long Branch
- New Brunswick
- Newark
- Paterson
- Princeton
- Vineland

Responsibilities
The Field Based Member Enrollment Representative is responsible for engaging with hard to reach, high acuity patients and helping them access our organization s medical professionals.
- Engage in initial and continuous outreach to high-risk patients, in-person to help educate them about the Our program and/or ensure they are accessing the program s benefits
- Communicate the benefits of the program to eligible members and overcome objections
- Drive extensively daily - most of the day is spent visiting community members, in their home and connecting them with care providers
Provide warm hand-offs to the assigned clinicians and customer support when a member is agreeable to the program and ensure the initial enrollment appointment is scheduled and successfully completed
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL) license/certification
- 2+ years experience working in healthcare, sales, outreach, engagement, and/or enrollment campaigns
- Experience meeting or exceeding weekly quota goals
- Ability and willingness to be on the road most of the time
- Nursing home experience a plus
