A well-established CPA firm on the South Shore is looking for their next Administrative/Executive Assistant! This person will be in charge of a wide range of administrative tasks, office support, and more. If you are a strong communicator and love working in teams, this is the job for you! You MUST HAVE your own auto mobile!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company calendar
- Manage the Database
- Process outgoing mail
- Answer the phone - phone screens, direct calls, etc.
- Welcome and assist new guests/clients/visitors
- Prepare and review client invoices to ensure accuracy
- A/R monitoring
- Scan documentation/ maintain files
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Requirements
Skills and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Office Experience
- Proof of Vaccination
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE!
- Bookkeeping and QuickBooks knowledge is a PLUS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team player
