Our goal is to strengthen existing community relationships and support our clients missions. We are currently seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to bolster these efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Attend comprehensive in-office sessions and training led by our leadership team, taking a leadership role in assigned events with proper training.
- Oversee events, cultivate relationships with local managers, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop coaching, mentoring, and supportive skills for fellow team members, including participation in interviewing and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing and sales campaigns.
Requirements
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and quick execution within a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for creative thinking and innovative solutions.
