Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle helmets, has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing Manager, Americas.
Our desired candidate must have high entrepreneurial skills with a passion for creating, impact, and executing, with a combination of strategic planning capabilities, along with strong execution and multi-tasking skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define the region s marketing strategy and marketing plan, setting the budget along with corporate marketing and the local team.
- Manage the marketing mix planning and lead the execution within the territory.
- Work with corporate marketing on setting priorities and budgets for the territory & executing global projects in the local markets.
- Work with local distribution channels to provide marketing assets, define joint marketing campaigns and ensure the display of POS materials.
- Source and manage local contractors for marketing materials such as printing, graphic design, agencies, etc.
- Work with corporate on budgets, accounting, legal, and other required administrative tasks.
- Work with corporate marketing to design and produce deliverables for all marketing activities such as press releases, web (where relevant), POS, email campaigns, etc.
- Plan, set, and manage all local trade shows and event administration, including logistics incorporation with the region s team.
- Work with local PR agencies on campaigns and announcements.
- Engage with the regional and global channels & business partners, and work together on joint campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate on Growth Engine Strategies - Work closely with the global growth engine teams to align regional US marketing strategies with the objectives of OEM, Outdoor, ORV, and Services businesses.

- Relevant marketing experience.
- Powersports industry, Motorcycle experience STRONG ADVANTAGE.
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing.
- Positive attitude, proactive, assertive dynamic personality.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills.
- Fluency and control of all social media platforms.
- Experience in field marketing position working with corporate and local teams, a plus.
- Ability to work within a high-paced working place, multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines independently and without compromising the high
- standards of output.
- Strong project management skills & a can-do attitude.
