Dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist Needed – Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Diligently match and audit invoices with receiving reports to ensure accuracy.
- Take part in purchase order and receiving entries, ensuring a smooth financial operation.
- Engage with vendors proactively to resolve billing discrepancies and answer queries.
- Conduct weekly payments to vendors through checks or credit cards.
- Maintain precise records by updating credit card spreadsheets and auditing statements.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly to keep our books in check.
- Accurately make general ledger entries for online transactions.
- Manage and organize filing associated with the Accounts Payable function.

Beyond the numbers, we value community and teamwork. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, expect to collaborate with colleagues, even stepping in to assist with phone calls to ensure seamless office operations.

What We Look For:

- Previous Accounts Payable experience with a track record of reliability.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and an aptitude to learn financial software.
- A positive attitude and the spirit of a team player.

Accounts Payable Specialist Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm – Balance your work and personal life with stable weekday hours.

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly wage between $18.00-$22.00, based on experience.
