1- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
3- Assist with the setup and management of network equipment and infrastructure.
4- Perform routine system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and security.
5- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
6- Collaborate with team members to develop and update user manuals, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
