The Agency is currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Insurance Agent to join a one of a select few of our clients. As an Insurance Agent with our clients, you will play a crucial role in helping clients protect their assets and achieve their financial goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients through networking and referrals.
- Conducting in-depth insurance needs analysis and recommending appropriate coverage.
- Explaining policy options, terms, and conditions to clients.
- Preparing and delivering insurance quotes and policy documents.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Managing policy renewals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keeping up-to-date with insurance products and industry trends.
- Building a strong client portfolio and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- State-issued insurance license.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Customer-focused and self-motivated.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Portable book of business preferred
- Demonstrated history of success in selling insurance of any type
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management. Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Insurance licenses and certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
