Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Plan meetings and organize trade show appearances.
- Manage trade show and conference logistics.
- Work and Co-ordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams on assigned activities.
- Assess marketing campaign success.
- Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, and helping identify target audiences.
- Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and check content for accuracy and consistency.
- Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with email marketing, print, and social media campaigns.
- Co-ordinate PR activities and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends and best practices.
- Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience.
- Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Occasional travel will be required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
3+ years of sales or customer relationship experience. Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for business, marketing, or relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong phone presence and ability to connect without being face to face. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Positive, persuasive communicator. Good understanding of research techniques. Must have a passion for learning, business, and/or technology. Familiarity with CRMs or SaaS is a plus.
