Model- Based Systems Engineer TSSCI

Required Skills:

• 15+ years MBSE experience
  
• Senior corporate level MBSE / Digital Engineering leadership expertise
  
• Advanced Model-based engineering tool skills including knowledge and formation all SysML diagram types and their interaction and application, and a tool to implement them in Magic Draw
  
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Products
  
• Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to develop model based acquisition architectures
  
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and task assignments involving systems / software engineering, development and integration activities
  
• 10 years experience supervising and mentoring junior engineers and modelers
  

Required Experience:

• BS in Engineering
  
• 10+ years experience in modeling with MBSE and architecture frameworks using UML / SysML
  
• 20+ years broad technical and managerial experience, including architecture development & analysis in relation to an acquisition processes
  
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with software processes/scripts to automate modeling tasks
  
• Experience with data bases, preferable MySQL or similar
  
• Experience working with commercial and government customers

Job Duties:

• Provide leadership for an MBSE architect team in a highly integrated architecture model
  
• Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents
  
• Provide Senior Corporate level MBSE/SysML expertise and related support to the entire systems engineering team
  
• Integrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and systems engineering software
  
• Interface closely with and support evolving customer requirements
  
• Provide supervision and management of junior engineers and modelers
  
• Provide support toward growing and enhancing MBSE capabilities
