Job description for HR Associate (Intern)
We are looking for a Human Resource (HR) Associate (Intern) to perform various administrative activities and support our Human Resource (HR) department s daily activities.
Human Resource (HR) Associate (Intern) responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies on job boards, screening resumes, conducting pre-interview assessments and scheduling interviews.
You are supposed to assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures. If you re comfortable with the role and interested in kick-starting your career as a Human Resource (HR) Associate (Intern) then we d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- drafting job descriptions for new roles
- Posting, Updating & removing Job Ads on various Job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Screening resumes, conducting pre-interview assessments and scheduling interviews
- Co-ordinate with Interviewers for final interviews
- Preparation of various Human Resource related documents & reports as needed (like leave policy, bonus policy, etc.)
- Communicate with employees relating to their queries about benefits
- Organizing various events and careers days
Requirements and skills
- Students who are studying for (or completed) Bachelor s Degree in Management (HR) / Master s degree in Management (HR) / PG Diploma in HR.
- Experience in a junior HR role is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases preferred
- Familiarity with CRM preferred
- Experience with MS Office & Excel along with google sheets
- Excellent understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process
- Basic knowledge of applicable labour laws
- Organizational skills
