Job Description

Responsibilities: and nbsp;
- Remote Dispatch Trouble Diagnosis and Service Restoration
- Vendor Equipment Repair Maintenance Agreement (RMA) Management
- Logistics and Spare Management
- Field Services Management
- Field Managed Service Provider Management (includes facilities)
- Engage with FAN Engineering for performance optimization
- RAN Emergency Response coordinator
- Client Liaison
- Plan and execute RAN SW Upgrades and amp; Updates
- Site Problem Management includes opening supplier tickets and following up with RCAs.
