Job Description:
As a Leadership Development Consultant, you will play a key role in transforming lives by providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to individuals seeking to enhance their leadership skills. This is a remote self-employment opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a global team of like-minded professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate enquiries and identify potential clients who would benefit from leadership coaching.
- Develop and nurture a team of motivated individuals, guiding them on their coaching journey.
- Create and place targeted ads to expand the reach and impact of our coaching services.
- Attend global team trainings to stay updated on coaching best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership coaching or relevant fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members effectively.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- A passion for personal development and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Familiarity with modern coaching techniques and tools.
