Description:
Our client is a regional public water supply company servicing Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Aquarion Water recently began implementing SAP SuccessFactors for their human capital management software. Today, several modules ahave already been implemented including performance & goals, recruiting, onboarding and now need to implement SuccessFactors Learning. Aquarion Water will leverage an SI to do the heavy lifting of the implementation. Ideally, Aquarion would like a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors to help guide Aquarion along with the SI.
Day to day this resource is going to help with blueprinting and design efforts of SuccessFactors Learning Management in their environment. The SME will also provide hands on technical expertise such as testing but will primarily be the project manager over this implementation. As a SME over Learning Solutions for SAP and a project manager, you will be a jack of all trades in this environment. Documentation, creating presentations, supporting change management and testing are all apart of the job description. Customization and configuration will be handled through the SI.

Our utility client needs a subject matter expert within SuccessFactors learning management solutions. This resource will be supporting an implementation of the module and will be required to do both technical and functional requests within LMS. Must sit on East Coast, fully remote with potential travel to Connecticut.
