Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p
- 10 hrs is an option.
Patient Demographics: Mix of Peds & Adults
- Peds are not required
Patient Volume: 18
Support Staff: 1 RN & 2 MAs
EMR: Epic
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active CA License
BC/BE (FM/IM; If BE, within 5 years since residency)
BLS, PALS
DEA
Experience with Chronic Pain Management
Flu Vaccine/Other Immunizations
