Business Intelligence Analyst

Our client is looking for a new Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team.

Compensation for this role may range from $60,000 to $80,000 per year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and presenting data to provide insights to decision makers.
• Uses data visualization and mining software programs to support operational employees and create efficiencies in their daily workflow.
• Analyze data points from Sales, performance,
• Use BI software (DOMO) to convert data points into readable charts or graphs.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and spreadsheet assistance.
• Participate in meetings with business leaders.
• Review company data and data from industry competitors or market research to make
• comparative assumptions about company’s current operations.
• Write reports that summarize key data points and make suggestions to improve
• operations.

Required:

• Three (3) years of experience in business intelligence preferred. DOMO experience
• highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, math, information science or a related field
• required; master’s degree preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience, particularly in excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both as a team and independently.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO, Power BI)
• Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations.
• An understanding of budgeting procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource
• planning.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
