What You'll Do: Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners. Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Handle rent collections and financial reporting. Ensure properties are compliant with legal and safety regulations. Implement property improvement strategies to maximize value.
What We're Looking For: Experience in property management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Local market knowledge and awareness. Relevant industry qualifications (ARLA, RICS, etc.) are a plus. A positive and proactive attitude.
