Must have:
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Study and understanding the scenarios & use cases of AI workbench.
- Define the FAQs for R-Car AI Workbench
- Answering consumer questions about AI workbench via phone, email, or chat in a fast and correct manner
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features of AI workbench.
- Publish the customer service report with details on the region, priority, and status of each user's tickets.
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or MCA or Computer Science or Engineer degree with engineer knowledge
- Recognize the client's needs and offer the appropriate solution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Basic knowledge in any technical skills like python, shell scripting, Angular JS, React JS, Html, CSS, Java and Devops
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Experience in technical support, application support
- Knowledge on Jira tool
- At least 4+ years of related experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
Desired Skills:
- Good to have knowledge in cloud technologies.
- Knowledge in docker containers
- Knowledge in semiconductor and automotive.
