About the JOB:
We are looking for an Operations Manager as we continue with our growth and expand our team. We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades who is able to manage and connect multiple departments, think on their feet, find solutions and multitask. In this position, the successful candidate will be hands-on handling the company’s day-to-day operations and collaborating with internal teams, customers, suppliers and the manufacturing facility. We operate under EOS (entreprenuer operating system) so the focus is on accountability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily operations of the company departments (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
•Collaborate and connect internal teams ( marketing, sales, accounting, support, logistics) providing support and ensuring that all of the team requests are met.
•Adherence to the procurement plan and monitoring of the implementation;
•Managing inventory
•Scheduling, coordinating and ensuring timely delivery of the machines to the customers
•Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress
•Maintaining on-going contacts with all parties involved in order to keep up-to-date procurement information and to ensure completeness and correctness of shipping documentation, quality control inspections and other procurement-related items.
•Providing support in the selection, quantification, and forecasting of products, and development of specifications, including consultations, drafting correspondence, and contact with external entities, related to company operation.
•Keep track of the status of the invoices and bills and generate timely reports for payments
•Work closely with the Legal, Compliance and Accounting departments keeping track of any issues, and incoming and outgoing transactions.
•Write and submit reports to company leadership in all matters of importance
•Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
•Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
•Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
•Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
•Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
•Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
•Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

Skills and Experience:
•Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
•Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
•In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
•Experience in managing inventories and contracts with vendors and suppliers
•Ability to multitask
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•Great communication skill
•Detail-oriented
•Experience in procurement is a plus
•Proven production team management experience
•Understanding of financial management.
•Understanding of general finance & budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management is a plus
•Ability to perform under the pressure of a deadline
•Knowledge about entrepreneur operating system

Qualification:
Minimum 2 years experience in the same or a similar role or responsibilities
