Junior Controller
Pay: $65,000-85,000/YR.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Description:
Financial Reporting: Preparing/presenting financial statements, reports, and analyses. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to help create and manage budgets and forecasts. Contribute fresh ideas to improve budgeting processes. Account Reconciliation: Ensure that financial records are accurate by reconciling accounts and investigating issues. Support Financial Audits: Assist in the preparation of documentation and data for annual audits. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the finance department and propose creative solutions to enhance efficiency. Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to various special projects that require financial analysis and creative problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience with construction experience preferred. Strong analytical skills and an ability to think creatively about financial data. Excellent communication skills with a positive and collaborative attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software is a plus.
